Programme Overview:
Understanding the factors that bring about conflict and skills necessary to pre-empt and avert all forms of unusual setback are so critical to every human endeavour, such that every individual, irrespective of their professional background must do everything possible to acquire. Every human endeavour comes with challenges, it beholds on everyone to develop a collaborative skills that will foster social cohesion. The ability of every individual to have a sense of responsibility to settle will enhance growth and impact society positively.
This programme has been designed to take participants through the principles, processes and practices of domestic and international Mediation and Conciliation. The differences and similarities of both processes. The programme is designed around exercises, simulations and practical case studies, taking into consideration the changing trends in dispute resolution. Taught by experienced facilitators, participants are guided through a well-balanced training content of International and African perspectives, ensuring the content is relevant and practical.
